It's all about finding the calm in the chaos, and to feel good with what you do. happiness is just a feeling like every other feelings. trying to be always happy is impossible. but its important to have more moments that make you smile than those that make you feel sad. but every feeling belongs to life, so don't try to make yourself happy in every way, cause in the end, it won't make you happier.
